
 How to Rent
Most party rental items only require a valid California I.D. Deposits may apply to some rental items. Orders can be placed over the phone with any major credit card, or you can fax a list to us. We require a 10% deposit for most reservations and payment in full prior to delivery.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pick-up is available for all orders at competitive rates. Our policy is to offer either a morning or afternoon window for our standard delivery rate. Delivery rates are based on distance from our office and include delivery and pick-up during our normal business hours.
After hours and Sunday delivery and pick-ups will be quoted upon request. Items are to be delivered a reasonable distance from the truck to locations with easy access. Additional charges will apply for stairs, elevators, steep inclines or longer distances. All items will be stacked and crated at time of delivery. Tables and chairs will be folded and stacked. To avoid additional charges please have all items stacked and crated in the same manner and location as when delivered. Rental items must be kept in a dry and secure location until time of pick-up.
Deletions and Cancellations
Deletions or cancellations must be made within 7 days of scheduled event in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
We recommend placing your order early, especially during the busy season (spring through the holidays). |

*Standard Party Setup includes dinner, salad, and dessert plates, water and wine glasses, dinner knives and teaspoons, dinner and salad forks, table and chairs, and tableclothes and napkins for specified number of guests.
